Yoga Offerings

We offer and specialize in various practices; however, each class is modified and customized for the individual or group of practitioners.  We know choosing a class type might be overwhelming or confusing, so we are here to help.


Once you book your session, we will contact you to help determine and create the best class for you!  In the meantime, please feel free to familiarize yourself with our offerings.  Remember, regardless of your choice, you are sure to leave your session with a happier and lighter heart.


  • Yoga Basics

    • An excellent introduction to the world of yoga, this class is designed to introduce proper postures and alignment while increasing flexibility and strength.  Prior experience is unnecessary for this program; every student can benefit from the basics as this meditative workout focuses on stretching the body and calming the mind.

  • Stretch and Restore

    • Ideal for individuals searching for a more profound release of tension and stress, this class utilizes bolsters, straps, and blocks for the ultimate stretch.  Target movements and deep stretching are held for several minutes to promote optimal relaxation.  Suitable for athletes and those looking to complement their daily workouts, students are sure to emerge open and at peace.

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    • An invigorating fast-paced class, Vinyasa is open to all levels of students.  A workout centered on movement and breath, this active class helps to increase focus and energy levels that carry out throughout the day.  

  • Chair Yoga

    • The gentlest of classes offered, this class emphasizes balance and breath to increase overall wellbeing.  Utilization of the chair allows for greater stability and support, whether sitting or standing.  Modifying poses will enable students of all ages and physical capabilities to enjoy a wonderful and meaningful practice.

  • Kids Yoga

    • Designed for children ages five to seventeen, this fun and engaging practice allows younger students to learn the importance of breath and movement.  This uplifting class leaves children relaxed and satisfied from a great workout.

  • Hatha Yoga                            

    • Focused on the breath through slow movements and controlled stretching, this practice relies on the relaxed pace to challenge flexibility and strength in each pose.  Centered on mindfulness and breath, this class is excellent for beginners.
